“Congratulations on the debut of your play Aprons Away: Women’s Work on the Mother Road, which debuted at the 4th annual Route 66 Miles of Possibility Conference in Carlinville last October.
The play was well-written and well-performed while also complimented with authentic photographs on screen as the silhouettes played out on stage. Audiences will surely learn as much as I did about the untold history of the women who played important roles in their own special ways in the making of the history of Route 66.
